Gmail Data

We request read-only access to your Gmail to scan for subscription-related emails. We analyze email metadata, subject lines, sender information, and email content to detect recurring charges and subscriptions. We do not store the full content of your emails. Only subscription-related metadata (service name, amount, billing frequency) is retained.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with our service, including scan history, features used, and basic analytics data.

How We Use Your Information

Data Retention

We retain your subscription scan results for as long as your account is active. Email content is processed in real-time and not permanently stored. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest (AES-256), and secure OAuth 2.0 authentication. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
