Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SubKicker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

SubKicker is a subscription detection service that scans your Gmail inbox to identify recurring charges, subscriptions, and trial-to-paid conversions. We provide reports showing your active subscriptions, costs, and renewal dates.

User Accounts

To use SubKicker, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid Gmail account
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Gmail Access and Permissions

By using SubKicker, you grant us read-only access to your Gmail account via Google OAuth. We will only access emails necessary for subscription detection. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.

Important: SubKicker never modifies, deletes, or sends emails on your behalf.

Pricing and Payment

SubKicker operates on a pay-per-scan model:

  • Your first scan is free
  • Subsequent scans are charged on a per-use basis
  • Pricing is displayed before each scan
  • No recurring subscription fees
  • No credits or pre-payment required
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe

Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of a scan if you are unsatisfied with the results.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our detection algorithms
  • Abuse the service through excessive API calls or scanning
  • Share your account with others
  • Use automated tools to access the service without permission

Accuracy Disclaimer

SubKicker uses AI to detect subscriptions. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% detection of all subscriptions. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

SubKicker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
